Automated Record Keeping
Record keeping details can even be life saving, but they're a difficult and laborious task to undertake and maintain. All Lion Authorized Clean and Repair Centers use Pro-Trax™, created by Lion Apparel, cutting-edge two-dimensional bar-code technology to generate the Who, What, Where, When, and Whys required by NFPA 1851. This automated process greatly reduces the amount of "key-in" or "written-in" data to deliver superior accuracy and generate reports and information necessary to assess the fit-for-duty status of each Bunkergear element.

Records on each Garment's History
At a minimum, the following records should be kept for each ensemble element:

Person to whom elements is issued
Date of issue
Manufacturer
Manufacturer's model name, number, or design
Manufacturer's identification number, lot number, or serial number
Month and year of manufacture
Date(s) and findings of inspection(s) by organization
Date(s) cleaned by organization
Reason for cleaning
Who performed cleaning
Date(s) of repair(s)
Brief description of any repair(s)
Person authorized element for serviceability
